Senior pastor bill paldino and his wife shannon

                 Dr. Rev. William Paldino and his wife Shannon have 11 children with 9 at home. They came to Orlando Wesleyan Church in July of 2014. Pastor Bill began doing ministry work with children in 2000. He did children’s ministry for a total of 5 years. He was ordained in March of 2007 preaching at churches and events as an evangelist. In 2010 he became a youth pastor at Villas Wesleyan Church with only 3 teens and when leaving there were 40 teens attending. He obtained his Masters in Bible studies in 2012 and his Doctorate in Christian Counseling & Religious studies with Georgetown Wesleyan University in 2018. He has a heart for God and a deep desire to see the lost saved, and an even deeper calling to disciple believers to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

                  Shannon Paldino was a nursery worker for many years and in 2009 became Co-Children’s Church director with Bill at Villas Wesleyan Church. When he began as youth Pastor she took over as Children’s Church director & teacher for 4 years. She has a lot of experience with Children as a large-family mom and in the past ran a daycare for 5 years. She has taken classes in early child development and early Childhood education. She is studying for her Bachelors in theology with Crossland University. She home-schools their school aged children. In July she became the Children’s church director here at Orlando Wesleyan and has a great team of teacher’s to assist in our on growing program. 



                 Pastor Marius and his wife Gloria are originally from Lima, Peru. They immigrated at the end of the 70's to Los Angeles, California. They received the Lord in 1985 at the Baptist Church where they served as youth leaders in Sunday School and evangelism. They studied at Bible Institute of  the First Baptist Church in Pacoima where they were also baptized in June of 1986. They took a fundamental part in church planting, beginning in the homes through study groups. 
                 Marius was called to leadership and ministry so he continued his studies graduating with a B.A. in Theology at the Latin American Theological Seminary.  He took courses in Missionology at Fuller Seminary and at the Center of World Missions. Marius was Ordained in 1996. He showed a great passion for teaching and training workers, and received a call for cross-cultural works in the Amazon jungle and Brazil.
                  Some of the 90's, he served in the Tikuna Tribe (Brazil) where he trained pastors at the Omittas Theological Seminary and also did humanitarian work installing water wells in the indigenous communities along the Amazon River. From 2003-2005, he participated in project Joshua in south Iraq.   

                  He joined the Wesleyan Church in 1991 where he served as the coordinating leader among the emerging Hispanic ministry in the Pacific SW District. In 2002 Marius and Gloria moved to the city of Orlando where they worked as pastors and leaders reaching out to the Hispanic community.  
                  At the beginning of 2018 they came to Orlando Wesleyan Church sharing the vision and work of the Church showing enthusiasm and passion. Currently they are serving in family connection ministry and also leading our Hispanic ministries.
